12+ Years of Experience in Early Intervention, 6 years as a Physiotherapist.

Completed my PG MSc Disability Studies (Early Intervention) from the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (Divyanjan), (NIEPID), Secunderabad. Trained in DASII and Bayley scales of child development. Certified Cortical Visual Impairment (Perkins Institute, USA), Play therapy, Autism Intervention Training Program (AITP 1), Ummeed, Mumbai.

Presently running a clinic, Praja Hospital in Guntakal, Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh. Worked as Rehab therapist in NIEPID, Secunderabad, as an Early Interventionist at Little Star Children's Hospital, Panjagutta, KIMS Hospital, Secunderabad, Butterflies Child Development centre, Madhapur. Worked for NGO called The Association of People with Disability (APD), providing technical support to Early Intervention & Early Education program in 6 districts in North Karnataka. In the program, provided services to developmental delay children. Conducted trainings to parents to enhance their skills so they can provide stimulation activities to children. Skill enhancement programs for ASHA, ANM, Anganwadi, RBSK staff, RCHO and PHC doctors. Organised camps & seminars for creating awareness regarding Early Identification & Early referrals for the Governament and Non Governament Stakeholders.
